Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All items are handmade. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description if applicable.

Shipping Delays

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, WestSide Custom Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by USPS.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
